Jharkhand: A State of Forests and Tribal Heritage

Jharkhand, a state nestled in eastern India, is renowned for its lush forests, rolling hills, and sacred sites. Bordering West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Odisha, Jharkhand is the 15th largest state by area and 14th largest by population. Its capital is Ranchi, and Dumka serves as its sub-capital.

Jharkhand is a predominantly rural state, with approximately 24% of its population residing in urban areas. The state's rich cultural heritage is deeply intertwined with its tribal communities. To foster their development, the Government of India has established dedicated Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) in various locations.

As a construction company, we are proud to contribute to this initiative by constructing three EMRS schools in Jharkhand: EMRS Chainpur and EMRS Dumri in Gumla District, and EMRS Rania in Khunti District. These schools play a vital role in providing quality primary and secondary education to tribal children, preserving their cultural heritage through extracurricular activities.
